Specific duties include: * Be trained become highly proficient working in NurseLines best-in-class customer relationship management software solution. * Receive instruction and perform basic management of NurseLines extensive database of high quality leads. * Learn to use preloaded, point-click-send prospecting emails that are proven to work. * Make 30+ dials per day using a brief, easy to use calling script that is proven to work. * Plan and execute call + email + call + social media touch campaigns to set introductory telephone calls with qualified decision makers in NurseLines target market segments. * Prepare reporting on activity and results vs. goals for weekly team meetings. What we are looking for: * Grit and determination: a fire in the belly to do what it takes to meet weekly and monthly goals. * Confidence, poise and a strong will to succeed.
