Responsibilities will focus on providing development, structuring, and financing of transactions and regularly attend both external and internal meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions. Responsibilities and Duties: Evaluating and underwriting potential acquisitions, redevelopments, and ground-up developments to be presented to senior management. Building institutional quality financial models using Excel and Argus. Author comprehensive investment committee memos outlining investment rationale, deal returns, and key execution risks. Writing detailed Investment Committee memoranda. Underwrite new potential investments. Support the due diligence and closing of new transactions. Qualifications and Requirements: Degree in Business, Finance or relevant field. Must have a GPA of 3.5 or above. Minimum of 1-2 summers of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, or finance. Proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Problem-solving skills, business sense and the ability to multi-task & prioritize in high pressure environments. Positive attitude with willingness to perform beyond what is being asked. Extremely motivated and able to take initiative in order to identify ways to add value and improve practices.
