For skillsets, we are looking for the following: 1-2 years of experience with admin tasks including but not limited to clerical tasks, filing, organizing, emailing, scheduling, invoicing, documents and doing follow-up calls. Some exposure to project management tasks including creating and manage project budgets, input tasks and manage tasks in a project management software. Some exposure either hands-on or knowledge of brand development. Some exposure to the science and execution of creating media contact lists. Strong research and development skills. (This simply means you have mastered the art of doing thorough research and presenting all of the information in a way the decision maker is empowered to make a sound decision). Internet savvy with social media and Wordpress skills to assist with creating and uploading content. Assistant style tasks ranging from setting up campaigns, brainstorming, updating client accounts, creating correspondence and tracking work. This job is for you if: Have the desire to strengthen your social media, public relations and product development skills. You are the best at getting tasks completed on time and as required. You pay attention to detail and being proactive are at the very fiber of who you. Execution would be the one word your previous employer would use to describe you.
