Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Chief Strategist, the OSI Intern will work closely with a Program Managers and Directors within the Office of Strategic Initiatives to complete several departmental programs and initiatives that support the mission and vision of Lone Star College-Tomball (i.e. Creating Social Media Data Center, Diversity Summit, and TEDxTomballED). Will also be responsible for providing input on the creation of faculty and staff training initiatives and researching current and future trends in marketing, communication, teaching, and organizational development. This opportunity will not lead to a permanent position within the Office of Strategic Initiative.
