Engineering Intern Engtechnik Inc. - Canton, MI 48187 Part-time Engtechnik is a growing automotive supplier in Canton, MI looking for an engineer student and/or Intern to work on mechanical and electrical engineering tasks. This job will be a good opportunity for a student looking for a job with plenty of opportunities to learn while working. Our current need is for 30-40 hours per week. Preferred skills: * Provide input on quality issues, possible solutions, and resolutions status * Perform root cause analysis for corrective action * Monitor & maintain equipment to meet company standards * Ability to read and understand mechanical diagrams * Experience/course work in reading blue prints, technical manuals and electrical schematics. * Familiar with Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access). * Familiar CAD and Solidworks software * written and verbal communication skills * Enjoy working with people and problem solving * Experience or course work in electrical and mechanical engineering Ability to lift 30 lbs. with or without accommodations Pay depending on education and experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Hours per week: * 30-39 1 day ago - save job - report job If you require alternative methods of application or screening, you must approach the employer directly to request this as Indeed is not responsible for the employer's application process.
