MUST BE BASED OUT OF THE US OR CANADA. ***The internship is 3 months, unpaid, but then intern will be considered for flexible/part-time hire upon completion of the internship**** Job Description: Successful candidates will be enrolled full-time in college or a recent graduate. We are looking for driven, ambitious individuals who want to have real responsibilities and can deliver exceptional results. We're offering a flexible schedule and will work with you around your coursework. An intern graphic designer will be ready to develop their existing skills by working with our creative staff on projects that range from small to ambitious and every day to innovative. Responsible for helping to drive the creative of campaigns, an understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible. Responsibilities: * Current enrollment in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree program - with a minimum of 2 years of course work completed towards an in-progress Bachelor's Degree * Excellent knowledge of Google Products (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides, etc.) * Strong desire to learn along with professional drive * Experience in Adobe products and Canva.com * Strong understanding of typography and layout * Familiarity with marketing techniques and the creation of captivating images for social media (e.g. social media platforms, email marketing, online analytics) a plus Skills & Qualifications: Required: * Ability to intern a minimum of 15 hours per week * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be detail-oriented and focused * Consistency regardless of project size * Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team * The motivation to maintain and improve design standards * The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve Preferred: * Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas * Producing attractive and effective designs for all media * Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback * Liaising effectively with clients and other team members FINE PRINT: Please share a link(s) to social media profile that is yours or that you manage.
