The HR Intern will assist the Corporate HR team with projects that include opportunities to learn different parts of HR including retention, employee relations, talent management, and recruiting. Role Overview Intern will work on a variety of projects for Employee Relations, Compliance, Training and Development, and Talent Acquisition as needed Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications under guidance, for employee consumption. May assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects. May assist with departmental budgetary monitoring and/or reporting, space planning/coordination May assist in maintaining regulatory documentation Requirements Junior or Senior pursing a degree in human resources, business administration, communication or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills. Must have experience and be comfortable working in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Must be flexible and able to multitask. Must Maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
