You should grow and develop personally and build trust that you are capable of meeting expectations with accuracy. Your second mission is to ensure that all business transactions are seamless, accurate, and for the best interest of our companies. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Keep all corporate documentation, including corporate signing resolutions, up to date * Ensure that each of our trade partners have the proper certificate of insurance * Create and maintain vendors in our system * Act as a liaison between our company and the title company * Assist in each closing of land acquisitions & dispositions * Review all liens on our properties * Update and maintain GIS system * Ensure all drivers have current license * Assist all subsidiaries with various tasks QUALIFICATIONS * Need to be orderly, systematic, and able to handle multiple priorities & deadlines * Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint * Strong communication skills, both verbal and in electronic format * Need to be detailed and task oriented * Business Degree Preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Works in temperature controlled environment * Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch * Superior communication skills with co-workers, customers, trade partners and vendors. * Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist * Must have a current and valid drivers license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance. * Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations * Ability to lift 30-50 pounds WORK SCHEDULE * 25-30 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F) * After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines * Lunch meetings and events outside of normal working hours are required * Occasional travel to other company regions or event locations is required About Betenbough Homes: https://www.betenbough.com/careers/ Working at Betenbough Homes, you'll quickly realize our employees are passionate not only about building homes, but also about impacting others.
