Selected analysts will be matched with a community partner under the guidance of NCGrowth staff to perform specific research and/or technical assistance. Analysts are chosen based on their technical ability, soft skills, and communication skills, as well as their ability to work individually without extensive supervision Education and Experience Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelors degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
