Position Summary This internship provides exposure to the students field of studies (Computer Science and Computer Engineering) to real-world applications and preparation for future professional employment within Bridgestone Americas Information Technology. This position will be in Nashville downtown office. The SharePoint Developer Intern will be working with and mentored by SharePoint Developer Lead. Together, we provide leadership, best practices, research, development and training for the SharePoint Developer Services. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities will be working as SharePoint developer with SharePoint Developer Lead and Manager to: Determine requirements and translate them into business solutions Develop workable design solutions to propose to the client Develop and deliver sites, instructional documentation and training May assist in administration and content management of intranet and internet web sites Monitor the help desk system and resolve SharePoint tickets in a timely manner Must be able to perform in a minimally guided environment, understand and balance changing priorities and can translate functional requirements into scalable solution design Qualifications Qualifications and Education Requirements Major in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. At least 3 rd or 4 th year of Bachelor program. No restriction for candidate of Master program.
