Content Writer Intern Innovenn, Inc - Madison, WI 15 hours agoFull-time$10 an hour Apply Now Education * Bachelor's Degree Skills * Microsoft Office SUMMARY: This position is a summer internship from approximately the end of May through the end of August and will provide support to marketing staff in the areas of writing and social media. This position will research, craft and edit written content to support marketing efforts in the areas of social media, conferences, blog posts and the corporate website. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING: * Generate, edit and schedule social media posts across several platforms. * Provide writing support for marketing projects. * Contributes towards the development and maintenance of a social media content calendar. * Researches, edits and creates blog posts on various topics. * Understands and demonstrates company values and culture. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Currently enrolled or graduated in a BS degree program in a health-related discipline, marketing, writing or communications. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience working with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Experience in scientific communication preferred. * Proven success in writing and communications. * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. * Self-starter and eager to make contributions towards the company's branding efforts. * Ability to effectively work as part of a team or independently.
