About the Role Leanplum is seeking a Human Resources Intern for a full-time summer internship with possible part-time extension.This intern work that will provide you with an inside look at the human resources functions within Leanplum, an exciting fast-paced, innovative technology organization. As ourHuman Resources Intern, you will focus on developing an understanding of the following core competencies of our operations. As you can tell from the list below you'll be busy, and every day brings something a little different and challenges you to grow in new ways. Role and Impact * HR Admin Support Youll dive right in to the world of HR and assist with everything from record keeping, file organization, documenting standard operating procedures (SOP) assisting our recruiting staff, candidate interactions, collecting and recording data, and even learning to use our HR support systems such as: Namely, LinkedIn, Lever, Betterworks, Google Drive, and others. * Employee Events- The HR Intern will take part in assisting to plan and coordinate our Employee Events including All Hands, Wind-downs, Ops and Enablement Quarterly off-sites, employee motivation, company special events, etc * Staff Support In this role, youll also support our office staff, reception function, recruiting team, and HR staff and get exposure to a wide variety of processes. Requirements * Your Skillset - You have a passion for Human Resources and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Documents/sheets. You have good communication skills and strong attention to detail. * Your Traits You have clear and mature understanding or the responsibilities of handling confidential and private information of all types. Although were a fast-paced tech environment, we value our people and work in a team oriented collaborative environment. Our HR organization supports all our employees and management worldwide and youll be a team player eager to assist our staff to accomplish their goals and objectives while learning new skills and processes. * Your Education - You are either a current college undergraduate student or recent college graduate (Bachelor's degree) Prior office work experience a plus.
