Position Description: This position will support the Human Resource (HR) Department on a variety of administrative projects, with an initial focus on converting hardcopy HR files to an electronic format. Maintains files, scans documents, photocopies, prepares documents for distribution, and other clerical duties as required. Education: Required: * High School Diploma or equivalent work experience * Undergraduate coursework or equivalent work experience Preferred: * Undergraduate coursework or equivalent work experience Experience: Preferred: * Prior experience in a professional office environment Special Requirements: * Must be willing to work in an animal-related research environment. * Satisfactory completion of the Institutes background investigation. * Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement Physical Requirements: This position requires constant adjusting focus, grasping, hearing, keying, seeing, sitting, talking, analyzing, calculating, communicating, reading, reasoning, writing and working inside in a confined area.
