This role will need a natural, or experienced, sales personality to call, schedule, and nurture relationships with college intern candidates. Job Duties: * Lead campus recruiting efforts for the Downtown Birmingham Office to the expectations of leadership team and maintain measurable data to support recruiting results. * Generate weekly referrals and lead sources through internal office referrals, social media, and community connections. * Communicate directly, and frequently, with Front Line Leaders, the Director of Recruitment and Selection, and the overall recruiting team on recruiting plans and strategies. * Develop and execute on new strategies that generate a perpetual stream of candidate leads. * Phone leads to potential candidates in order to schedule interviews and facilitate our selection process. * Interview and choreograph the attraction of top candidates within the selection process. * Review and interpret assessments taken by candidates during the interview process. * Assist in a variety of recruiting office initiatives and special marketing projects as needed throughout the year.
