We are currently seeking a temporary part time Human Resource Intern for the remainder of the school year thru the end of Summer to be located at Corporate Headquarters in Parsippany NJ. This role will support the Human Resource team on various projects. Responsibilities: * Provide support to various projects and programs related to the overall HR function and designed to meet business needs specifically in the areas of: o Onboarding o Reward & Recognition o Employee development o Communications * Provide support with companys marketing and branding initiatives as it relates to our talent acquisition function Requirements: The successful candidate will have completed a minimum of one year or equivalent in an accredited college pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources. Previous office work experience preferred. Our ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience in SharePoint a strong plus. In addition, he or she has excellent analytical and organization skills, a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to be self-directed and self-motivated.
