This job brought to you by America's Job Exchange Type: Full Time Location : Seattle, Washington Job Description: WHAT YOU LL BE DOING Corporate Sponsorship Intern is responsible for assisting the team with specific sponsor needs including, but not limited to: Research, packaging, reporting, analysis, and fulfillment. The qualified candidate will gain a strong understanding of the Tableau Partner ecosystem and general sponsorship program knowledge. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in sponsorship acquisition, relationship management and the implementation of strategies that aid in driving incremental revenue. Some of the things you ll be doing include * Conduct research and build a competitive analysis to help us understand how our packages compare in the market against our competitors * Build pitch deck templates to include assets, photos, pricing and content * Assist in sponsor recaps as needed, to include documentation of delivery and fulfilment of each package * Support sponsorship sales managers with prospecting, research and compete intel * Assist in tracking product assets that includes signage, digital/media elements, hospitality, badges and sessions * Brainstorm creative ideas for sponsorship packages and activations that are in line with marketing goals and objectives of the brand * Assist in the planning, preparation and presentation of sponsorship information in meetings and on team calls * Work with Sponsorship Managers on fulfillment of sponsorship agreements * Organize and maintain sponsor database and smartsheet to ensure information is accurate * Pull lead capture data and develop post-show ROI report templates for each sponsor * Support sponsorship managers with developing fulfillment wrap-up reports and surveys * Tackle projects and perform additional duties as assigned by the Sponsorship Team WHO YOU ARE * EDUCATED. Currently pursuing a BS/BA degree in Marketing, Event Management or Business * CURIOUS. Interest in, enthusiasm for corporate events; audience development; and driving value from experiential marketing. * RESEARCHER. Basic primary and secondary research skills * DETAILED. Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize opportunities to streamline processes. * TEAM PLAYER. Able to work with a diverse set of both technical and business oriented stakeholders. Proactive and excited by a collaborative team oriented environment. * COMMUNICATOR. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A self-starter, but know when to ask for direction on key matters. * YOU ARE A RECRUITER!
