As an Organizational Capability Intern, you will support the scoping, design, and implementation of solutions to build interpersonal and functional capability. To ensure delivery of effective, best-in-class solutions, you will apply Organizational Development research and work closely with key partners as they chip in to building solutions that help improve performance to achieve CDWs key business priorities and objectives. What youll do: You will partner with business leaders to drive key project deliverables and support social change initiatives Support change management initiatives utilizing the OD tools and support a project team as they prepare to launch organizational changes As an Organization Capability Intern, you will develop and design an internal playbook that outlines the key processes, tools, resources, and questions/discussions to successfully transform a function or business unit You will work with leadership teams to design, communicate, launch, analyze pulse surveys on critical change initiatives and develop action plans to address key survey findings. Qualifications What were looking for: Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a junior or senior status with a graduation date of December 2019, May 2020, December 2020 or May 2021. Self-motivated and driven to get results and make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively. Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer. Team oriented; develops positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved. General computer and email proficiency Authorization to work in the US; without sponsorship as a full-time coworker.
