Description

Canidium is a management and technology consulting company that provides expertise to our clients on how to install and implement sales performance systems. The HR intern will be responsible for finding resumes, researching potential candidates, conducting interviews and completing the onboarding process for new hires. The intern will take initiative on recruitment tasks, as well as other internal HR projects, while reporting to the HR manager. An ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, be very organized, and be an excellent team player. Start date is immediate, with potential to extend throughout the summer. Canidium offers competitive hourly wages for this part-time position. We can be flexible with class schedules, but request that you are present in our Old Town, Fort Collins office around 20 hours a week. Responsibilities Include: * Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job sites * Developing and monitoring internal candidate reports & tracking systems * Schedulingphone interviews * Assisting with on-boarding new candidates * Additional projects as assigned Qualities of the Ideal Candidate: * Highly motivated student that can take initiative on a project and have a "Can-Do" attitude * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail * Ability to apply concepts learned in school to daily activities * Willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment Skills & Experience Needed: * Must be a current Junior/Senior student working on an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field * Comprehension of recruiting best practices * Must be able to come into Old Town office around 20 hours/week + Show Full Description This job is not relevant Tell us why
