This internship position is full time and provides you significant access to: Advertising & Marketing strategy, planning & execution All forms of digital Advertising with an emphasis on programmatic Advertising People & Business Management Operations Though this is an internship, there is a strong possibility for hiring at the end of the program, so the ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate, looking for hands on experience in the industry. The internship begins on a mutually agreed upon date in Summer 2019 and will last approximately 4 months. Hours are 10:00am 5pm, Monday Friday. This position will require you to be physically present in our NYC office, though we provide flexible options for working remotely when needed. This is a paid position at $13.50 per hour. opTis New York Office is located in NoMad, 2 short blocks from Madison Square Park. Closest subway stops are the 6, R, W and a short walk away from Penn Station and the Path train. Responsibilities Support in the activation and analyzation of digital campaigns Understand client's goals and the provided digital strategies towards achieving them Enter daily reporting numbers across multiple brands and campaign initiatives Analyze and interpret data to escalate any weaknesses or issues Assist Senior Account Leads in implementing plans and resolve any occasional discrepancies Support Senior Account Leads in organizing and executing assigned business projects Assist in developing detailed strategy and plans to drive small or radical changes Coordinate timeline on client deliverables with Department and Senior Account Leads Review and reprioritize daily tasks with Department and Senior Account Leads Preferred Qualifications Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and have a strong work initiative Strong interest and/or experience in Advertising and Marketing Problem solving attitude with the ability to communicate complex topics Highly productive, self-motivated individual who is able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, particularly as it relates to documenting changes in projects We service many clients within the Cannabis industry, therefore, the candidate should feel comfortable working with these types of clients and being around products within the space.
