Are you looking to gain real-world experience in digital marketing? We are looking for up-and-coming digital marketers to help accelerate our growth. This job will be an ideal for a person to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing including content development, social outreach, SEO and of course, web analytics. Youll be responsible for a variety of duties including prospecting influencers, developing promotional items, and assisting with product launches and promotional campaigns... Job responsibilities (suggestion but not limited to): * Crafting compelling blog, social and video content * Researching related articles and trends * Developing content marketing and growth strategies * Communicate and prospect various influencers/reviewers on Instagram and YouTube to assess mutually beneficial collaborations * Collaborate with in-house team on various ad designs * Participate in the development of promotional items and print collateral * Assist with various marketing projects for launches and promotions * Participate in other marketing and advertising task and projects as needed Requirements (can be divided among multiple persons): * Passion about online marketing is more important than any sort of experience * Strong writing skills are a must. * Video and graphics production skills a plus. * Some college credits in marketing, journalism, literature, English, media, data science or related major or current student pursuing a Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or Public Relations degree. * Demonstrable technical and creative writing skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-based environment. * Interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships and communicate with a diverse group of senior leadership, managers and staff either in person, via telephone or via e-mail. * High level of attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. * Results oriented and customer focused. * Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and build effective relationships within the team. * Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances. * Creates engaging design for print and digital media * Effectively focuses marketing materials to be clear, concise, consumer focused and engaging in nature * Actively keeps up with current design trends and tools Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Experience: * Digital Photography: 1 year (Preferred) * Web Analytics: 1 year (Preferred) * Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) * Creative Writing: 1 year (Preferred) Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Work authorization: * United States (Preferred) Working days: * Monday * Tuesday * Wednesday * Thursday * Friday Benefits offered: * Gym memberships or discounts * Flexible schedules * Workplace perks such as food/coffee and flexible work schedules Typical start time: * 8AM Typical end time: * 6PM
