Job Functions: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Provide assistance in Production when required * Provide support in various projects as assigned * Work closely with various Departments and People depending on projects he / she is assigned * Will mentor closely with Supt, Supervisors, Engineers, etc... * Must have good communication skills along with the ability to work with all types of situations and drive continuous improvement * Leadership skills are * Good oral and written communication skills * Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Education/Knowledge: * Currently working for a Bachelors Degree in the Engineering field - including Chemical Engineering / Paper Engineering / Project Engineering / and / or other Degrees in the Engineering / Paper Science field Job Location Battle Creek, Michigan, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular Salary Grade 0
