Summer Intern PatientPoint - Cincinnati, OH 45236 $14 an hour Internship Customer Success Intern Number of openings: 3 Location: Cincinnati Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week Length of Internship: 16 weeks, dependent on Interns academic schedule This position is non-benefit eligible As part of PatientPoint Customer Success Team, Intern will assist the team with a special project. The person hired must be a goal-oriented team player who can work efficiently. He/She should be self-motivated, enjoy collaboration, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and multitask/organize well. He/She needs to demonstrate excellent communication skills, across all communication forms. Finally, He/She must have a can-do attitude to support a dynamic client base and department. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Calls to practices to ensure device connection and download of Reflect * Coordinating device swaps as needed * Reflect orientation calls to practices and troubleshooting as needed * Assist with message management and play verification Basic Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalency * Needs to be enrolled in 2 year or 4 year degree program * Experience in a related position or internship * Above average keyboarding skills while maintaining a high degree of accuracy * Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Excellent communication skills ability to communicate directly and professionally with internal teams, across all media forms (letter, email, phone) * Demonstrated focus to completing the job well and with a can do attitude * Demonstrated record of meeting quality standards * Demonstrated strong work record: on time, focused at work on the job PatientPoint� is a patient engagement solutions company passionately committed to making every doctor-patient engagement better.
