Intern - Project Management Cole Roofing - Baltimore, MD 21229 $12 an hour Temporary, Internship Project management intern will assist project managers on commercial roofing projects located in the greater Baltimore and Eastern Shore areas of Maryland. Cole Roofing is seeking Project Management interns. Cole Roofing Company is a well-known and respected commercial roofing and sheet metal company located in the Baltimore area. We have been family owned and operated since 1919, and have a reputation for quality work, and an excellent safety record. Cole Roofing has the added benefit of being related to our allied company, Gordian Energy Solutions, which deals in solar and other renewable energy systems. Responsibilities include: Assists project manager with all aspects of roofing/wall system projects: secure drawings and specs, verify job action list, submittals, obtain necessary permits, process change orders, complete job tickets. May monitor material delivery, inventory requirements, production schedule, interim quality checks, and compliance with all regulations and good construction practices. Required Qualifications: * Currently Enrolled in a Construction Management, Engineering, or similar degree/certificate program. * High school diploma. * Skilled in Microsoft Office and generally very skilled in computers. * Ability to read and understand construction plans/ blueprints. * CAD drawing experience * Valid driver's license.
