This temporary internship is based in MELE's headquarters. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Program Management Intern will provide research and analytical support to the National Security and Intelligence Division. Essential functions will include the following: Research project management processes and provide options for implementation across all projects. Research clients to include management structure, current activities, and contracting. Research ways to provide project management as a service and create a service line. Research criteria for ISO 9001 and CMMI level certifications and help develop ways to implement those processes to achieve certification. Assist management in preparing document and material support for day-to-day programs. Organize documents and multimedia files for proposals and marketing opportunities. Assist in analyzing cost controls, schedule updates, and customer support functions. All other duties as assigned. Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma Currently student in bachelors degree program in business or management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision and must be proactive. Must demonstrate extreme confidentiality and professionalism and able to prioritize, monitor, and work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
