Were Edelman, and were looking for a detail-oriented, highly-motivated, and collaborative individual to join our fast-growing integrated Operations and Project Management team. We need someone who can manage delivery of a variety of projects from infographics and animated video, to digital research and strategy development ensuring that were on time and on budget. Additionally, were seeking someone who can contribute strategically by helping steer the vision of a project through your understanding of the possibilities, risks, and limitations, all while keeping the clients business goals top of mind. Youll bring your curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, and organizational ability to the table, joining an agency team composed of energized marketers and PR professionals. Responsibilities: Assist in managing integrated marketing projects from ideation to execution Coordinate with Edelman staff, vendors, and freelancers to execute projects Provide oversight and quality control on all deliverables Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Maintain multiple projects and tasks Interact with internal Edelman teams and provide weekly updates through project team leader Support senior staff with team operations Reports on project progress, risks and issues to senior project managers Encourages positive thinking and considers the needs of the clients and business in response to decision making. Qualifications: Resourcefulness you know how to get things done! Flexibility youre able to tackle and manage a variety of projects simultaneously from creative asks to administrative and operational tasks. Basic understanding of the communications marketing process as it pertains to a digital environment Computer literate and proficient in MS office Ability to work under deadline pressure Familiarity with basic project management principles Basic understanding of modern digital user-experience principles Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail Communications skills able to distill information and share between team members and comfortable speaking in front of a group and sharing a point-of-view Preferred Qualifications: Some experience with design software, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, and familiarity with design concepts/language Creative production experience within an agency setting Formal project management training and/or experience Familiarity with project management tools, such as MS project Basic HTML/CSS and CMS system knowledge Strong interest in production best practices and driving efficiency Passion for innovation and emerging technologies About our internship program: The duration of the internship is a minimum of 3 months and will conclude on or before September 6th Interns are paid $14.00 per hour and are eligible for overtime Most of our interns are post-graduates and work a full-time schedule (Weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
