IT Intern Virtuas - Houston, TX 10 hours agoFull-time$17 - $25 an hour Education * Bachelor's Degree Skills * VMWare * SharePoint * Azure * Project Management * Microsoft Windows Server Benefits * Flexible Schedule Were looking for a technical Intern who has a mix of business knowledge and technology expertise. The right candidate would be able to assist us in implementing and supporting Microsoft technologies, in the cloud, on servers, and on user devices. This is a paid part-time Internship opportunity with flexible hours -- perfect for current students or recent graduates, with an opportunity to come onboard full-time upon graduation. Responsibilities * Assist staff consultants in deploying and supporting Microsoft, VMware, and various other enterprise technologies * Work at client locations in Houston area as well as remotely * Use proper practices for project management and documentation Experience * Pursuing or recently obtained a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant degree * Experience with Microsoft Office 365 services and products including: Flow, PowerApps, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, etc * General experience with Windows desktop and Windows Server technologies * Knowledge of networking technologies, specifically firewalls, switches, and DNS * VMware and Microsoft Azure experience is a plus Internship Details * Hours per week are flexible to match your availability - minimum 16 hours up to 30 hours per week * $17-$25 per hour, depending on experience
