Title Digital Marketing Intern Location Boston Office City Boston State MA Description Digital Marketing Internship - GID Investment Advisers LLC l Boston, MA l Summer 2019 This paid internship is an outstanding opportunity for an undergraduate student to put their digital marketing skills to work in a real world business setting. Come join our team who is responsible for the digital marketing plan for over 100 apartment communities nationwide. Our areas of responsibility include websites, SEO, search engine marketing, social media and reputation management. Our team is small but mighty, and you can expect to take an active part in projects and the day to day marketing of our properties from day 1. GID is a privately held and fully integrated real estate company founded in 1960 that develops, owns, and operates a premier portfolio of existing and under-development properties valued at over $15 billion. Our corporate headquarters are located in the Financial District in Boston, and we have beautiful properties in major cities around the U.S., including New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and Denver, run by our property manangement division, Windsor Communities . We own and manage 124 investment properties and employ over 800 real estate professionals. DURATION: This is a full-time position through the summer. Part time/flexible basis with the start of the school year for the right individual. INTERNSHIP HIGHLIGHTS: Intern will be part of the Windsor Communities Internet Marketing Group at the GID office assisting with the digital marketing efforts for over 100 properties including paid search, social media, and reputation management. Duties may include but are not limited to: Creative projects create email templates, provide creative support Provide Tier 1 support for marketing support tickets Provide support to our national and property teams for existing programs Assist with website content management Audit advertising, listings, and others Review marketing reports from national vendors and improve those campaigns Prepare training materials Develop content calendars for social media campaigns Create shell for monthly Marketing Minutes e-newsletter Maintain the Marketing section of the company intranet QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will be enrolled at least part-time as an undergraduate student studying marketing, design or communications or related field. We are seeking a high-achieving, self-starter with creative design skills looking for a hands on work environment experience. We provide training, guidance and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the real estate industry and gain valuable work experience.
