Posted on Production Assistant Intern (Part Time) IQPC in Tampa, FL, USA Employment Type: Part Time/Internship Compensation: $10.00/hr (20-30 hours per week max) Be part of an exciting and expanding Conference Production team in IQPC Exchange's Tampa office as a Production Assistant Intern. This position is ideal for an upcoming graduate/junior enterprise level applicant looking to break in to the business-to-business events arena. The Production Assistant will be assigned to the Senior Conference Directors of a Production team and will be tasked with assisting Producers in the timely delivery of their day-to-day production tasks, including; * Online/phone contact research * CRM system input * Web site content upload * Event logistical tasks and on-site operations While performing such tasks, the Production Assistant will also have the advantage of learning about the key aspects of Event Management while assisting our Producers on B2B Events across multiple industry sectors to gain an overall understanding and hands-on experience of the requirements, challenges and goals of Conference Production. Requirements The Ideal Production Trainee: * Currently enrolled undergrad * Interest in Market research * Process driven * Detail orientated * Commercially minded * Multi-tasker * Confident communicator * Team player * Pro-active learner * Web design experience (is a plus!)
