Do you like to have fun and work hard? Do you love talking to people and finding solutions? Do you want an opportunity for growth? We are looking for a part-time intern (2-3 days a weeK) who wants hands on experience in the real estate investment business. This person would receive training for a variety of duties including direct mail and social media marketing, calling potential clients, sending emails, doing market research, database entry/management and support for various marketing and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have: * Great interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills * Calm, friendly and personable demeanor * Proficiency with both Google software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) This is an unpaid internship but you'll be getting experience that you wouldn't get elsewhere. We are a small local investment company with an amazing work environment. We are expanding so rapidly that we need some help growing our business.
