We began our mission in 2018 with the soul purpose of impacting peoples lives as a trusted brand for CBD. Currently we offer a product made of all natural CBD flower and organic herbs called All Natural Blends. We legally distribute across the USA and Canada. Were searching for someone Creative, Driven, Ambitious, Resilient and breaths in inspiration and spits out creativity, someone who "thinks outside the box and dares to jump off the cliff normal and boring advertising. If you have lots of crazy ideas and no outlet for them, come join us. Were a startup culture so there is a lot of flexibility. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in journalism, marketing, and PR. Well help each other in realizing those dreams! Come and be apart of a fun, chill, creative environment with a team-oriented atmosphere. This internship is 120 hours in total and could be used for college credit. Interns will walk away with a wealth of knowledge about content creation, analytics, copy editing, and startup culture. Additionally, we are looking to hire 1-2 of these interns for paid part-time/full-time positions at the end of this internship. The team at Vance Global is constantly growing and we are always looking for talented and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who want to grow with a company and grow into leadership positions. Responsibilities * Prepare, create/curate, manage, and upload posts on social media (Instagram and Facebook) * Brainstorm new marketing/advertising ideas * Research market hashtags, omni-channel influencers * Communicate with influencers, engage with chats * Report channel activity, insights, and audience engagement for our account and influencer posts * Opportunity to attend trade shows and connect B2B and B2C * Commit 15 to up to 20 hours a week for the internship - totally up to you what days. * Ability to work remotely Requirements (Preferred but not necessary) * Studied or currently studying: communications, marketing, management, graphic design, journalism. * 1 year experience with social media profile management (could be your own). Channels include Facebook Business Page, Instagram Business Page, hosting chats, creating/curating content, copywriting. * Experience with Adobe InDesign, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or Canva * Facebook Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Spread Join us this summer and be apart of the growth and excitement of CBD!
