This job brought to you by America's Job Exchange Type: Full Time Location : Boston, Massachusetts Job Description: What you will do Boston Consulting Group launched Voluntary Investment Platform for its Partners. The Platform provides Partners with ability to invest in private equity through an investment fund that was created by BCG. The platform not only gives Partner an ability to invest, but is also designed to make it easier for them to manage this administratively burdensome investment type. This role will entail assisting Investment Operations Director and other members of VIP team in administrating the fund. Our team called Global Services (GS) provides corporate support to business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from Partner to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries. Global Services is in short, the backbone of BCG. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) * Major in Accounting, Finance or other related business majors * Currently enrolled in a University/College preferred * Proficiency in Excel and Power-point * Strong communication skills * Detail orientated * Strong knowledge of excel, Microsoft Office applications and power point * Ability to be detail oriented and deliver against tight deadlines * Manage multiple priorities * Ability to take initiative * Individual would have high level of initiative, self-motivation and collaboration ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU'RE GOOD AT * Assisting with the fund administration to ensure correct booking of expenses, capital calls and other cash items * Assist the team in organizing and filling investor communications * Design sustainable system for file organization and ensuring compliance with GDPR and related privacy regulations * Help with maintaining expense accruals * Assist in ensuring accuracy of investor data and process changes on a timely basis * Reviewing fund administrator work papers, work with fund administrator to resolve issues * Assist with setting up new investment vehicles, develop marketing materials * Assist with preparation for documents for Investment Advisory Committee * Participating in a variety of internal projects The Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
