Product Safety Intern USG - Chicago, IL3.2 Full-timeEstimated: $31,000 - $43,000 a year Education * Bachelor's Degree Skills * Excel * Microsoft Word * Microsoft Powerpoint * Microsoft Office Product Safety Intern-HQ 11244 Description The Product Safety Intern is a temporary position for a 3-6 month period. Primary Duties Collection of historic Research and 3rd part raw material analysis test reports, contracts related to the specifications and testing for raw materials, certificate of analysis for raw materials, and related documents on the raw materials. Entering of the test results for the raw materials onto a database, naming of electronic records per developed nomenclature, loading of the electronic file onto the database, and verifying the accuracy of the records being stored in the database. Qualifications Education Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree program; majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences, Toxicology or other related science degree. Requirements Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and the ability to learn new concepts quickly Capable of prioritize and balance multiple work projects Experience using databases and regulatory software Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications EOE including disability/veteran Job Engineering Primary LocationUnited States-Illinois-Chicago Organization Corp-Process & Technology-159-3 Schedule Full-time
