Operations and Customer Support Intern FALL/WINTER 2019 Of a Kind - Brooklyn, NY Part-time$15 an hour Skills * Excel * Google Docs Benefits * Employee Discount OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT INTERN Primary Responsibilities * Supporting a small, hard-working, super-dedicated team. * Assisting with customer support, from communication to returns processing to reporting. * Interacting with our customer community via all social media platforms. * Communicating logistics to our warehouse team. * Keeping track of invoices, categorizing receipts, and supporting our payment processing team. * Organizing samples, tracking inventory, and assisting our buyer. * Updating and assembling various reporting and data sheets. * Helping with scheduling and other basic admin tasks. * Performing operational and office-management functions. Qualifications * Passion and enthusiasm for Of a Kind, emerging designers, and startups. * Kindness, sense of humor, and a positive, can-do attitude. (Belief that no task is too small!) * Extreme attention to detail and organizationif you color-code your bullet journal, were looking for you! * Confidence to take initiative and tackle any project. * Efficiency in multitasking and prioritizing numerous requests, both immediate and ongoing. * Stellar email manner and communication skills. * Knowledge of Excel and Google Docs. Job Types: Part-time, Internship Salary: $15.00 /hour Additional Compensation: * Store Discounts Working days: * Monday * Tuesday * Wednesday * Thursday * Friday Hours per week: * 10-19 Typical start time: * 10AM Typical end time: * 6PM
