We seek candidates who share our values: Integrity Excellence Accountability Respect Summary/Objective: This position is accountable for assisting in day-to-day Business Capture Management functions. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Coordinate L3 functional teams to review customer requirements and ensure an accurate scope of effort for completion Support the governance process to obtain appropriate approvals in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of all bids and proposals, including keeping sales support documentation up to date as required Support for various sales and marketing activities as needed Maintain high ethical standards and perform duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures Any other duties as required. Qualifications Enrollment in an Aviation and/or a Business Management focused degree program. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word).
