Entergy will not sponsor candidates for work visas for this position. This is an intern position local to the New Orleans area working part-time while attending classes. Must be enrolled in an accredited program to be considered for this position. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE This position is responsible for supporting the Grid Modernization Change Leadership & Learning team. The position focuses on employee communications, preparing employees for upcoming change, and on learning opportunities for employees of various types and trades. Interns will be expected to create compelling marketing materials and content to support our change leadership and learning efforts. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with development of materials for employee engagement. Develop documentation where needed, in order to help ensure consistency (look and feel, messaging) across multiple projects. Explore possible career opportunities by meeting senior executives, becoming members of business resource groups, participating in community service projects, and contributing to departmental goals. Perform other duties, as assigned by management. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum education required of the position Enrolled in accredited four-year institution of higher learning. Interns currently pursuing a degree in fine art, visual communications or digital media are highly desired.
