What You Will Be Doing: You will be working with a cross-functional team to create a community of practice for the creation, execution, and analysis of surveys. This may include, but not be limited to: * Develop survey research standards to be used organization-wide * Building training manuals for the organization to ensure consistent use of survey research methods including, how to use Qualtrics, building surveys, data analysis, basic statistics, and data visualization * Creating online trainings to walk employees through the more complex aspects of survey research Who You Are: * Highly curious with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * An effective communicator (oral and written) who is confident building positive working relationships with other business units * Ambitious and results oriented * Self-starter able to work independently * Flexibility to work across different time zones (though this will be rare) Qualifications: * Undergraduate or graduate level student in survey methodology, market research, statistics, psychology, sociology, or related discipline * Familiarity with survey research methods and statistics * Experience building surveys and analyzing results Your Future Team: You will work with a dynamic team including a manager and two researchers. You will also work with individuals across the organization from Human Resources to Smart + Connected.
