As the HR intern, you will be reporting directly into the HR Generalist and working closely with the Director of Human Resources to learn all things HR, while interacting with employees and management at various levels. We are a fast-paced 140 person agency, with offices in Boston, NY, San Francisco and Orlando, and an HR team of three who all work collaboratively together to serve the employees in all offices. This is a full time post-graduation internship for candidates interested in pursuing a career in HR and looking to gain hands-on exposure to everything from recruiting and onboarding to benefits and employee development. Responsibilities: * Assist with new hire onboarding process, including drafting offer letters, new hire paperwork and training schedules * Work with HR team to gain understanding of different hiring needs, and successfully assist in candidate searches and competitive research * Work closely with internal culture committees to help plan employee events, provide administrative support to these committees * Assist in tracking and administering internal employee awards and recognition program * Collaborate with Talent Acquisition lead to assist in the marketing and social media deliverables to keep content fresh and relevant. Generate ideas on employee news, successes and company culture * Assist with changes, updates, and auditing reports in Namely (HRIS system), including rollout of various program updates * Produce monthly HR data metrics to learn and analyze trends in the organization * Assist in compliance audits * Support other members of the HR team on an as needed basis Gain thorough understanding of human resources functions at PAN by assisting with various ad hoc tasks Qualifications: * A major or concentration in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field. * Completion of at least one internship with HR or Recruiting experience preferred * Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment * Positive can-do attitude and collaborative approach * Ability to manage highly confidential material in a mature, professional manner
