Job Information MDU Resources Group Help Desk Intern in Bismarck, North Dakota Job Summary: The successful candidate will work on the Help Desk and, over a phased approach, be able to take calls as well as handle a variety of Help Desk tasks that a current Help Desk team member handles. The intern will be paired with a current HD technician to mentor them. The phases are: 1. Phone Support, Email Support a. Technical training, troubleshooting b. Customer service coaching c. Mobile device support d. Software Requests, Software Installs 1. Administrative Tasks, Inventory Management a. PC Setups, deployments, re-deployments b. Inventory, AD, and BES cleanup c. Printer maintenance and supplies d. Reports. The intern may get some exposure to the other Enterprise IT groups. Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate must be currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year undergraduate IT program and will be required to work on site at the MDU Resources Group offices in Bismarck, ND. Wage is $17.50 per hour Additional Information * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorship considered. * Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
