Job Information Berkley Marketing Intern in Chesterfield, Missouri Midwest Employers Casualty (MEC) is a member of the W. R. Berkley Corporation, a fortune 500 company, rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. JOB DUTIES Marketing Data Project Duties * Cross-reference state self-insured lists with existing MEC sources of data for Individual Self-Insurance and Group Self-Insurance accounts. * Update spreadsheet for each account. General Marketing Duties * Research and collect additional sources of information for self-insured accounts (news, OSHA, etc.). * Research and collect information on accounts outside of self-insurance (state funds, industry lists, etc.). * All other duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS Formal Education & Certification * High school diploma required. * Must be actively working toward college degree. * Past experience working in an office preferred. Knowledge & Experience Required * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Intermediate-level knowledge of databases & internet research. Key Competencies * Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new tasks. * Inquisitive and solution-oriented. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately. * Attention to detail and ability to be accurate.
