Job Information Woodward IT INTERNSHIP in Fort Collins, Colorado Position PurposeThe purpose of an internship at Woodward is to provide students with theopportunity to gain exposure and "real life" business acumen within theAerospace and Energy Industry. Our internships also provide students with theopportunity to learn and gain practical experience and to work in areasrelated to their academic and/or career interests. Gain hands-on experiencewhile working on challenging projects, network with professionals and learnfrom some of the brightest minds in business.This internship will work under the mentorship of an IT Manager and developerson the migration of a legacy application to a new platform. The experiencealso gives the intern opportunity for potential full-time employment with thecompany.This position requires use of information which is subject tothe InternationalTraffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the ExportAdministrationRegulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S.persons within the meaningof ITAR and EAR, or possess all requiredauthorizations from the U.S.Department of State and the U.S. Department ofCommerce. ITAR defines a U.S.person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S.Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green CardHolder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.Essential FunctionsComplete tasks on computer using MS Office programs such as Word, Excel andPower Point.Interact effectively with team members on a daily basis.
