Purchasing Intern Revo Health, LLC. - Fridley, MN TemporaryEstimated: $35,000 - $49,000 a year Save Education * Bachelor's Degree Skills * Time Management * Excel The Purchasing Intern will assist in a variety of areas including: Data Maintenance, Contract Administration, and other general areas of Purchasing. This is a temporary position, working Monday through Friday (80 hours per pay period) out of the Fridley location. Essential Functions: Assist Purchasing team with updating POs, inventory information, vendor information and other areas as needed Assist in organizing contract documents Update and maintain data in MMIS system Support the Purchasing team with various administrative tasks as needed, data entry, system updates, etc. Assist with Purchasing projects as assigned Any and all other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, junior or senior standing preferred Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Excellent oral and written communication, time management, follow-up, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a role with frequent interruptions and time-sensitive deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Essential Requirements: Ability to: Work in the clinic or office during business hours Travel independently throughout the clinic/office (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines Maintain prompt and reliable attendance Converse in a respectful and professional manner Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Understand and execute a variety of instructions Effectively operate clinic and office (e.g., PC) equipment; and communicate on and operate the phone system Work independently with minimal supervision Travel to other work locations, if required Adhere to HIPAA requirements Comply with all TCO policies, procedures and complete job required training Performance Expectations TCOs Core Values: Integrity - Do the right thing and take responsibility for what you do and say Service - Consistently contribute to deliver an exceptional experience Quality - Act with high purpose, committed effort, and skillful execution to exceed expectations Innovation - Identify progressive solutions that improve service, teamwork, efficiency, and/or effectiveness Teamwork - Be a part of the whole; support each other positively Environmental Conditions: Normal clinic/office setting Notes: Twin Cities Orthopedics partners with a management services company, Revo Health, along with other healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care.
