Summer Internship program Indianapolis 10 weeks full time from 3rd June 2019 until 9th August 2019 We're looking for a diverse group of highly talented recent graduates and final year students to apply for our paid 10-week Summer Internship. Successful candidates will work on a project-based assignment within one of our departments for the duration of the internship. We are looking for 4 interns to fulfill the following specialist areas. Editorial x 2 - Conduct research on a variety of topics to evaluate potential topics. Conduct market research and analysis. Research and contact potential authors for new book ideas. Create sales forecasts. Participate in all regular team meetings. Suggest new ideas. Suited for those completing a Bachelor in Business, English, or Liberal Arts. Please note that this position does not involve creative writing, copy editing, or line editing. Customer Success Working with the Customer Success Team, you will learn the fundamentals of our Wiley Plus, digital courseware from both an admin and user perspective. You will review the current courses for maintenance, create marketing collateral and work with onsite video team to record student tutorial videos. Would suit candidates with either a Major or Minor in a Marketing discipline. Customer Technical Support As an intern on our Technical Support team, you'll receive extensive training on our products and tools, as well as a chance to shadow with our Tier II Reps. You'll then have the opportunity to provide an outstanding customer service experience via chat as you troubleshoot with our customers. In addition, you'll assist Tier II agents with tracking, following up, and managing trending product issues. Looking for students with strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS - MS Office Suite - wired/wireless networks. Experience with online course environments are desirable. Marketing Intern Assisting with the day to day activity of the Marketing team, promoting new products and assistung with publicity. Would suit candidates with either a Major or Minor in a Marketing or Business discipline. Our ten-week summer internship runs from June 3rd 2019 August 9th 2019 Criteria: Graduating between May 2019 and June 2020 Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Be authorized to work full time in the US Must be able to work 40 hours a week throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship in Indianapolis Application Process: Stage 1 Register on our careers page and upload a current CV and your personal statement.
