Sales Mentorship Program / Real Estate Intern Tallahassee, FL Mid-Atlantic/Southeast Division Tampa Full-time Our Sales Mentorship Program is designed to provide a hands-on opportunity to learn both the commercial real estate industry and our proven principles of investment sales brokerage, all within a structured environment providing constant coaching and feedback. Through partnership with a successful Senior Broker, our SIP Participants complete marketing, analytical and administrative tasks, while gaining expertise in the following areas: � Applying Marcus & Millichaps value proposition and all stages of the brokerage continuum � Achieving fluency in Marcus & Millichap's proprietary software and relevant industry programs � Developing and building your own Client database and referral network � Performing underwriting and analysis on commercial properties, in order to create effective marketing proposals � Successfully communicating with Clients, Attorneys, Lenders and all other parties involved in a commercial real estate transaction � Developing confidence in cold-calling, networking and building productive relationships with all levels of professionals � Sharpening negotiation, strategic and transactional management skillsets � Preparing a personal financial plan, budget and goals � Understanding the benefits of financing with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation Following onboarding and initial training, you will have the opportunity to practice real Broker activities, interacting first hand with Clients and gaining valuable transactional experience. Our proven 12-month program has successfully transitioned hundreds of Sales Mentorship Alumni into Marcus & Millichaps salesforce, who are highly productive Brokers with successful careers and lucrative annual incomes. A modest stipend is provided in order for you to commit to the rigors of this training and sustain yourself during the initial period when the ability to earn commissions exists less often.
