We're seeking an undergraduate intern to manage some of Intel Arizona's community outreach programs. Responsibilities will include interaction with many internal groups through stakeholder management to support employee volunteerism. The selected candidate will help identify, plan and execute site-wide and business-unit specific volunteer-related projects, reporting to the Arizona Community Engagement Manager within the Global Public Affairs and Sustainability group. The candidate will specifically assist with project management and administration, communications, and overall program support. Intel relies on its community engagement programs to enable its License to Operate within its site communities and the student will be part of a small team responsible for building the company's reputation within the local community. This is a Part-time internship (averaging 20 hours per week) desired for 3+ months with the opportunity to extend based on business need. Candidates may be needed for occasional weekend or evening event support. The ideal candidate will exhibit the following behavioral traits: Tolerance of ambiguity Attention to detail Willing to work under tight deadlines and within flexible hours Strong project and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must be pursuing a BS or BA in Public Relations, Communications, Business or a related field of study. Student needs to be in a local AZ university as part-time internship is in Chandler, AZ. This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government.
