Job Summary Ingersoll Rand's summer internship is a 3-month program designed to prepare participants for a post-graduate role within one of our customer centers. During the summer, interns will receive comprehensive training and project experience designed to expose them to all aspects of our industrial business, including: product knowledge, manufacturing, engineering, customer care, sales & marketing, aftermarket services, distribution, pricing, and strategic accounts. Were looking for performance-driven, innovative leaders who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus. Positions are available in Buffalo, NY Responsibilities: Qualifications: * Overall 2.75 GPA or above * Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of one example in the last four years such as: school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects) * Work experiences (minimum of two functionally related internships or six months of experience, i.e. Co-op or work exp. by graduation) * Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly * Business focused college program We are committed to helping you reach your professional, personal and financial goals.
