Other duties may be assigned.Manages trade shows, tracks costs and ensures feedback and leads are captured for each show.Manages logistics of customer events including, but not limited to, vendor selection and scheduling, invitation creation, response tracking.Creates marketing materials by formatting content and graphics.Monitors marketing / sales collateral library and replenishes inventory.Writes content for marketing and communication tasks.Creates internal company newsletters.Manages promotional inventory.Coordinates the logistics of customer training classes. Coordinates production of class materials. Processes customer registration. Follows up on outstanding payments.Maintains and updates reference materials needed to support sales with proposals.Supports efforts for customer campaigns including target list preparation and lead tracking.Supports marketing and sales efforts by collecting information analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.Writes company press releases.Produces materials consistent with the companys brand standards. Assists other associates in complying with brand standards.Supports company events as needed.Completes miscellaneous marketing duties as assigned.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline;Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing; graphic design a plus;Writing samples are required for consideration.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Must be current college student pursuing 4 year bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; previous Marketing experience preferredWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard, and telephone and effectively communicate with others. The associate frequently is required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop or kneel. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
