GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION AND/OR KEY PROJECT The Product Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the North America Water System's (NAWS) Product Marketing functional area, and reports directly to the Senior Product Manager. This individual is responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to, updating product information in E1 system,, coordinating the excess and Obsolescence inventory activity, and support reporting of product marketing team metrics. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist product management team in data input of the product data within the E1 ERP tool to improve information integrity. * Lead review activity and support team in reporting and following up on activities related to E&O inventory reduction. * Support development of product marketing performance scorecards and updating related data. * Support special projects as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Abilities * Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrates strong project management skills in order to meet multiple deadlines; strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills * Works independently within a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment Education and Experience * The ideal candidate is entering their sophomore, junior or senior year of post-high school education Computer Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and computer-based productivity tools required PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES * While performing the functions of this job, the employee is: * Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear * Occasionally required to stand or walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl * The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
