Finance Intern Artisan Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and Excel-savvy finance or accounting intern to work with our Management Reporting team for approximately 10-20 hours per week during the academic school year, with the potential to work a full-time schedule during the summer. Responsibilities The candidate is expected to: Prepare departmental budget-to-actual reports Analyze aggregated financial data for reasonableness and identify trends and anomalies while liaising with our corporate accounting team Assist with investor meeting preparation and documentation Assist with quarterly earnings call material preparation Review APAM data presented by third-party data services and assist with reconciling and/or correcting differences Assist the team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests Qualifications The successful candidate will be a current college undergraduate student with strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess: Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as a team member Coursework in accounting, finance or economics with demonstrated academic excellence Artisan Partners Limited Partnership is an equal opportunity employer.
