Architectural intern / student wanted - estate design and plans Property owner - Dover, NJ Part-timeEstimated: $29,000 - $41,000 a year Skills * Sketchup Homeowner seeks to work with an architecture student / intern to do the following: 1. Design expansion and renovation plans for an existing 20 acre estate; 2. This includes plans for outbuildings, the grounds and now existing house; 3. Calculate dimensions and square footages for material ordering purposes; 4. Create various cad drawings; 5. Create a set of sketchup or similar plans and 3D renderings; 6. Create interior design and 3D renderings; 7. Create drawings for various suppliers overseas; and other issues as necessary. ideal candidate will be an architecture student currently interning in an architecture firm and someone who has a good grasp of these concepts, and of aesthetics and function. Possibly a young architect. Looking to move forward with the project now without paying a seasoned architect prices. Let me know! Job Type: Part-time
