Position Description: This position will assist the Service Delivery team, who is responsible for phone and onsite IT support, working in Cherwell, Active Directory, SCCM and other various tools. Intern will work on various projects both independently and with Service Delivery technicians to develop and maintain processes and resolve open tickets. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assists with procedure maintenance and development. Assists with taking phone calls to provide remote support and follow up on tickets. Assist in development processes and procedures to identify points for improvement Design and create diagrams of our process and procedures Job Requirements: Technical writing skills. Strong experience in using Microsoft Office products. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Emphasis in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration. Understanding of financial institutions and banking. Preferred: Candidate has completed their Jr or Sr year. Schedule: Intern will work full time during the summer months May-August. Daily schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00 pm Summary: This is a great opportunity for a student to get exposure to IT service delivery and learning how to identify business needs, plan business process, and identify points of improvement. Environmental, physical and psychological requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time in a climate controlled environment. Must be able to use fingers, hands, wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, currency, or coin, and operating a telephone. Demands for visual and auditory acuity are typical of an office environment. Must be able to interact via email, telephone, or in person with diplomacy, tact, and courtesy with all members under varying circumstances. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Here are a few more details about the program: Students can work full-time OR part-time (based on department need) Summer Internship is only for 90 days Students are paid$12.50/hour
